Fitness Quest Boot Camp

Location: McKinley Park, to the left of the Rose Garden, on H Street between 33rd St./Alhambra Blvd. Map

Camp Schedule: 3x per week: Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m, and Saturday mornings at 9:00am.

Recommended equipment: Athletic shoes and apparel, water bottle, yoga mat.

Single drop-in rate:

1 year membership + t-shirt: $550
6 month membership + t-shirt: $325

Monthly Membership Dues
1 x per week: $40
2 x per week: $60
3 x per week: $70

Quarterly Membership Dues
1 x per week: $99
2 x per week: $160
3 x per week: $180

boot camp in progress The focus of the Camps will be on general fitness, functional strength, and having fun while getting fit! The workout features a dynamic warm-up, functional strength training, cardiovascular challenges, agility training/obstacle course, and “fun & games”.  So, if you wish to lose some weight, improve your flexibility, get stronger, and increase your stamina…the Fitness Quest Boot Camp is a guaranteed winner!
