Calling all Ladies!

We want to help you develop your road bike skills, confidence, enjoyment and camaraderie. Join our 10-week Women's Cycling Class and get ready for the Sacramento Century Challenge on October 1, 2016.

Class will meet every Sunday at 7 am beginning July 24th and finish on October 1st with the Sacramento Century Challenge . All of the group rides for this class are No Drop with several coaches present who provide continuous instruction and riding tips. We also provide a weekly/monthly training plan for the 10 weeks of the class.

We will start things off with two bike clinics (Level I and II) so you can perform basic maintenance, change flats, etc.

This class is for all levels of women cyclists and will conclude with the Sacramento Century Challenge. This event has several options for ride distance from 20 miles to 100 miles. All rides start and finish at the Capitol Mall in Sacramento. 

Coach Dustyn has been riding and racing for over 30 years, locally, nationally , and internationally. Most recently racing endurance road race events, winning the women's 12-hour world championship last November, held in Boreggo Springs, as well as the Silver State 508 mile 2-person relay. She has coached middle school and high school sports for 16 years. Recently retired from an 18 year career as a middle school PE teacher, and currently coaching with Total Body Fitness Women's Cycling program, focused on beginning and intermediate cyclists. Dustyn is passionate about sharing her love for cycling with new riders, and focused on building skills and confidence to enjoy riding out on the open road.
