Level III MTB "Shuttle and Shred" Skills Clinic

Whether you ride to compete or just for fun - it's time to get better. We'll be focusing on specific skills throughout the clinic; building on what you've learned in TBF MTB Camps Level I & II, and increasing your speed, polishing technique and boosting confidence. We will start coach and rider introductions followed by a review of your riding & racing experience and goals. We will then take you through a custom bike set-up for each rider and bike.
It won't all be work though…after the bike set-up at the HUB Bicycles we'll head up to Auburn to ride world-class trails including Flood Trail, Stage Coach, Culvert and Confluence to test your skills and style. More than just a skills class, it's a journey of self-improvement. In addition to bike skills, this class will give you an understanding of how to better utilize your body, the importance of nutrition and hydration, how to build a training plan around your everyday life and how to peak for the important events in your season. Throughout the class, we will work with you on visualization skills and developing a strong mental fortitude.

Included: TBF MTB Coaching, shuttle service from the HUB Bicycles, Snacks (Clif Bars, Clif Bloks, Emerald nuts) Beverages (water, FLUID Performance drink, FLUID Recovery drink, Red Bull) Lunch (Chando's Burritos).

Heath Sherratt is a USA Cycling CAT 1 National Downhill Champion, 5-Time Team USA DH Racer, Cat 1 Enduro Racer and Team Captain for The Hub/Intense Enduro Team. He is also the owner of The HUB Bicycles in Roseville.
