TBF Training is partnering with Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento to offer a 10-week training program to help you prepare for The 7th Annual Mother's Day Triathlon and Duathlon for Women Only on Sunday, May 13th.

Open Water Swim Class

This class will teach you proper swim technique and how to improve your swim speed, stamina, and efficiency.

MTB Level I & II Skills Clinics

Learn how to ride your mountain bike with confidence and be able to negotiate more challenging terrain. This class will help all levels of riders improve their riding form, balance, techniques, and more.
