Cyclocross is a very unique sport that is raced during the fall and winter months on mixed terrain. It is similar to Steeple Chase where the participants race multiple laps on a closed course and are typically forced to dismount from their bikes and run over barriers or up steep hills or stairs before remounting. It's a fun and challenging way to race and train during the fall.
Both clinics will be led by Bruce Kaiser, and Cody "The Kid" Kaiser, a professional cyclist. Both Bruce and Cody have been helping spread the passion and enjoyment of Cyclocross for years in the Sacramento area. They host local Cross Clinics, Races, and Special Events each year and are looking forward to helping you.

I started riding and racing Cyclocross at age 12 in the local Sacramento series. Right away I knew it was something loved and always had fun getting out on my cx bike. In 2008 at age 16 I started racing at the international level; traveling to Europe for World Cups as well as the World Championships. Since then I have won a US National title, been a 4 time Worlds team member, and get to travel the globe every season to race my bike. I love every minute of it! I turned Professional at the age of 18 and have hosted Cross Clinics across the Country for years. I really want to help grow our Local Cross scene. |
