The TBF Summer/Fall Cycling Class provides 18 weeks of coached, no-drop cycling workouts and starts with a FREE Cycling Skills Clinic on Saturday, June 12th.
Learn how to ride your bike safely and with TBF Coaches and friendly classmates. Improve your skills, endurance and performance while meeting new friends and enjoying time together on the bike. We will ride on the best roads at all of our meeting locations: Lincoln, Loomis, Folsom and Sacramento.
Class will meet every Sunday for coached no-drop rides on scenic country roads. Class starts with a FREE Cycling Skills Clinic on Saturday, June 12th. Class ends with Tour de Lincoln ride in October, which offers distances of 10K (6.8 miles), 25K (16 miles), 50K (32 miles) and 100K (62 miles).
