Learn how to ride your bike safely and with TBF Coaches. Improve your skills, endurance and performance while meeting new friends and enjoying time together on the Bicycle. We will ride on the best roads at all our meeting locations, Lincoln, Loomis, Folsom, and Davis. The class will feature 3 Ride Events in Santa Rosa, Davis, and Lincoln.
Group rides
Your rides will have fun, safe routes with distances from 10 miles to 60+ miles. Our routes and distances will prepare our cyclists to achieve their long-distance cycling goals. Nutrition, hydration, safety, ride routes and bike readiness will be covered before each ride.
Coaching

- No drop rides. Lead & tail TBF Coaches on all rides
- TBF Cycling Club - Ride w/GPS membership included with Class
- Download TBF route maps and record all your rides.
