What's Included in TEAM TBF 2027:
- Weekly Boot Camps through the end of 2027
- Weekly Track Attack run workouts on Thursday evenings at Mills Middle School in Rancho Cordova.
- TBF Swim Program: our 20-week open water swim class beginning in May and ending in August
- Year-round cycling classes with weekly coached bike rides for Spring, Summer & Fall/Winter 2027
- Ten monthly TBF mountain bike clinics for riding on trails
