Learn how to ride your mountain bike with confidence and be able to negotiate more challenging terrain. This class will help all levels of riders improve their riding form, balance, techniques, and more.

 
Running

TBF Track Attack

Thursdays, 6:00 - 8:00pm
Folsom Lake College, Folsom

TBF Track Attack is a training group designed for runners, triathletes and duathletes seeking to improve running efficiency, strength and speed. Our focus is to motivate, educate and facilitate novice to experienced athletes in reaching their running goals. Each class includes run form drills, dynamic warm-up, run workout, cool-down and ab routine (10 minutes of love).

 
Boot Camp

TBF Boot Camp

6:00 pm every Tuesday at Nimbus Flat, Lake Natoma

TBF Boot Camp combines cardio, strength, balance, agility and stretching for a total body workout. This class meets every Monday and Wednesday at American River College.
